Commissions are currently CLOSED !
They might not reopen for a while - I originally intended to reopen by early March 2022, but I had a rough few months & I just don't feel up to doing commission work. I'm very sorry if you were hoping to commission me sometime soon!!

Terms of Service
Please read this section carefully before requesting a commission.
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
PAYMENT
I accept payment upfront, through PayPal.
I will send you a PayPal invoice once I have accepted your commission, and will not start working on your commission until the invoice has been paid in full.
Your invoice will include an option to add a tip -- tips are greatly appreciated, but please don't feel pressured to tip; it's completely optional! You can also choose to send a tip later via my Ko-fi page.
Payment is non-refundable.
I cannot offer a full refund UNLESS, for whatever reason, I am unable to complete your commission.
COMMISSION PROGRESS
I will do my best to complete your commission within a few weeks of receiving payment. I'll keep you updated if I run into any delays. Please feel free to poke me for an update if it's been more than a week since our last communication!
I will not be taking any rush commissions at this time - please do not commission me if you have a strict deadline. (Some exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.)
Progress Updates: while working on your commission, I will send you at least one sketch or work-in-progress for your feedback, except in the case of small commissions that I can complete in one sitting such as icons or sketch commissions.
Twitch Streams: I often stream myself drawing live on my Twitch channel. I may work on your commission on-stream. If you would prefer for me to only work on your commission privately/off-stream, please indicate this on your commission form.
AFTER COMPLETION -- EDITS & USAGE RIGHTS
I will send you your completed commission as a PNG file, and offer you one final chance to request minor edits and tweaks. After that, we're done!
Your commissioned art is yours for personal, non-commercial* use.
You may:
> Repost it (with credit to "raychromatic", or a link to any of my profiles listed in the "Contact" section of this carrd).
> Use it on your social media profile, personal website, blog, etc; as long as these are not being used primarily/directly for profit.*
> Get it printed on stuff (shirts, mugs, stickers, etc) for your own personal use or to give as gifts (NOT to sell).
You may not:
> Use it for any commercial purpose.*
> Use it for anything blockchain- or cryptocurrency-related (eg. NFTs).
> Claim that you made it yourself.
* Some limited/indirect commercial use is okay, e.g. using your commissioned art as your profile pic on a Twitter account where you sometimes promote your Etsy shop, or using it in your Twitch streams if you're a small streamer who makes little to no money from your streams. If you're not sure, just ask!
I may also use your completed commission for the following limited purposes, unless you specifically request that I do not:
> Post it on any of my social media or art websites, with or without my personal watermark added to it.
> Use it as an example for future commissions.
